About Me

Claire Kirk

MindYourLife - Founder
I have a rich background in living and working across various international communities, such as Samaritan House-Indigenous community in Brandon Manitoba and Public Schools in Champaign Illinois. My unique life experiences have shaped my perspective and inspired my passion for the arts as a means of teaching and healing.

I am a seasoned professional and a dedicated therapist, with impressive credentials from the Canadian Counseling and Psychotherapy Association, the American Psychotherapy Association, and the American Association of Mind-Body Medicine. I studied at York University and Brandon University, where I was nominated for the Dean’s Award for my creative writing talent. However, my true calling led me to the field of psychotherapy. I received my training from the Lifespace Institute of Transformational Psychotherapy in Toronto, where I now teach. I am a continuous learner who is committed to expanding in my field.

Development

I developed the Emotional Fitness Quotient system, an innovative approach to emotional well-being that allowed me to serve as a keynote speaker at Wellness conferences in the past. I also launched Mindyourlife & Associates in Toronto, a platform for promoting holistic well-being and personal growth.

My diverse background, extensive training, experiential learning through my travels and dedication to the field of transpersonal therapy make me a valuable resource for individuals seeking emotional, spiritual and psychological support. My passion for the arts, combined with my professional expertise, allow me to offer a unique and holistic approach to healing and personal development.
