The story of Mindyourlife and its founder, Claire Kirk-Cape, is one of determination, compassion, and a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of others. Mindyourlife Community Wellness was born out of a desire to address the disparities and service gaps in marginalized and BIPOC communities as observed throughout. It is by way of her training and lived experience she has committed to provide support for all people facing barriers.
Our vision is to share the stories of our incredible journey as public speakers and inspirational change agents, serving all people, including BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Cclor) and other communities. We aim to make wellness a collaborative and inclusive lifelong journey, guiding individuals towards a purposeful and fulfilled life.
